▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of photocatalytic coating involves pre-processing a workpiece to remove dust, grease and rust on surface of workpiece, preparing graphene-doped silver/titanium dioxide composite slurry, pressing slurry on the surface of the pretreated workpiece by mechanical roller to form base layer, placing workpiece in graphite integrated forming sintering mold and forming preset layer on surface of workpiece using vacuum induction sintering and laser cladding workpiece in laser processing equipment. USE - Preparation of photocatalytic coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photocatalytic coating makes full use of the properties of the graphene dopant and has enhanced synergistic effect of silver, titanium dioxide and graphene. The coating has improved photocatalytic performance , and increased degradation efficiency of pollutants. The photocatalytic coating overcomes problem of shortening of forbidden band width of catalyst and extending of absorption spectrum to visible light, and improves solar energy utilization.
