▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A perovskite solar cell comprises an electrode (1), an electrode (5) and a light absorbing layer (3) between the electrode (1) and the electrode (5), and a hole transport layer (21) and hole transport layer (22). The layer (21) is located between the layer (22) and the layer (3). The layer (22) is located between the electrode (1) and the layer (3) or between the electrode (5) and the layer (3). The first hole-transporting material of the layer (21) is selected from poly(bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine) (PTAA) and nickel oxide that is doped with a first doping element or is un-doped. The second hole transport material of the layer (22) comprises at least one of a P-type transition metal oxide semiconductor material and a P-type transition metal halide semiconductor material capable of isolating water and oxygen. USE - Perovskite solar cell i.e. photovoltaic cell, used in photovoltaic module (claimed), used as single-junction pervoskite solar cell, perovskite-perovskite laminated solar cell and perovskite-crystal silicon laminated solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The perovskite solar cell has improved hole extraction and transmission efficiency of the hole transport layer. Hence, increase the voltage, current, photoelectric conversion efficiency and service life of the solar cell, by reducing the composite of electron and hole. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the perovskite solar cell. 1,5Electrodes 3Light absorbing layer 4Electron transport layer 21,22Hole transport layers
