NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly graphene sheet fabric comprises a natural fiber layer which is a fabric prepared by placing cotton yarns in a weaving machine and operating the weaving machine, an adhesive layer coated using an aqueous bond on the upper surface of the natural fiber layer, a Korean paper layer adhered to the upper surface of the adhesive layer, a coating film layer coated using a mixture (a) comprising graphene and a conductive polymer on the upper surface of the Korean paper layer, a color coating layer coated using a mixture (b) comprising graphene, conductive polymer, vinyl acetate resin, calcium chloride and a color coating agent desired by the user, on the upper surface of the coating film layer, and a top coating layer coated using a mixture (c) comprising graphene, conductive polymer, vinyl acetate resin, sodium bicarbonate and a coating agent, on the upper surface of the color coating layer. USE - Environmentally-friendly graphene sheet fabric is used for automobile seat and sofa. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight and soft environmentally-friendly graphene sheet fabric has excellent far-infrared radiation property, heat generation property, antibacterial property, deodorizing property, electroconductivity, modulus of elasticity, strength and moisture absorption property. The fabric has natural leather texture, and suppressed generation of wrinkles and sagging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the graphene sheet fabric, which involves forming natural fiber layer having a natural fiber thickness of 0.3 mm, applying the aqueous bond to the upper surface of the natural fiber layer to form adhesive layer, adhering Korean paper having a thickness of 0.3 mm to the upper surface of the adhesive layer to obtain a laminate, mixing 100 pts. wt. conductive polymer and 11 pts. wt. graphene and applying the mixture on the upper surface of the Korean paper layer of the laminate to form coating film layer, mixing 100 pts. wt. color coating agent, 0.1 pt. wt. graphene, 1 pt. wt. conductive polymer, 5 pts. wt. polyvinyl acetate and 3 pts. wt. calcium chloride and applying the mixture on the upper surface of the coating film layer to form color coating layer, and mixing 100 pts. wt. coating agent, 0.1 pt. wt. graphene, 1 pt. wt. conductive polymer, 1 pt. wt. polyvinyl acetate and 10 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate and applying the mixture on the upper surface of the color coating layer to form top coating layer.
