▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Large-scale preparation of nitrogen doped-graphene comprises (i) mixing magnesium powder and carbon and nitrogen sources of mass ratio 1:(0.5-100) to obtain precursor; and (ii) heating the precursor under an inert gas at heating rate of 2-50 degrees C/minute to 700-1400 degrees C for 1-20 hours, cooling to room temperature, acid washing, ultrasonic processing, filtering, collecting the solid phase and drying to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene, where the carbon and nitrogen source is melamine, pyrrole, pyridine, pyrazine, pyridazine, pyrimidine, cytosine, uracil, thymine and/or purine. USE - The method is useful for large-scale preparation of nitrogen doped-graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate, and utilizes raw materials of low cost.
