NOVELTY - Method for optimizing quantum dot graphene, involves (a) preparing aqueous graphene quantum dots, (b) mixing the aqueous graphene quantum dots with PCR amplification reaction system, and (c) performing PCR amplification. USE - The method is useful for optimizing quantum dot graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient to perform and enables to optimize quantum dot graphene at low dosage and improves sensitivity of nanoparticles.
