NOVELTY - Recycling secondary materials of plastic casing of lead-acid battery involves immersing plastic shell of lead-acid battery in water with detergent, rinsing with clean water, taking out and air-drying, and then preliminarily crushing and separating by a crusher to obtain acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic tablets, ABS powder, mixture of epoxy resin and ABS plastic sheet with epoxy resin adhered. The selected ABS plastic sheets without epoxy resin from the mixture are crushed in a crusher to break and separate the remaining mixture, and then selected again without epoxy resin. The former material A of the ABS plastic sheet without epoxy resin adhered for crushing by a crusher to obtain ABS plastic particles. The obtained ABS plastic particles are washed, dried and granulated, and then performed drying process to obtain clean ABS plastic particles without attachments, which are directly recycled after granulation and casting. USE - Method for recycling secondary materials of the plastic casing of a lead-acid battery. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the existing plastic with epoxy resin has no viscosity after curing epoxy resin; belongs to the thermosetting plastic; cannot be repeatedly used; and the combustible can not be buried; and the operation process is simple, and it is worthy of popularization.
