▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Integrated method of cotton pruning and molding for hollow cotton production comprises (a) stirring and mixing 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 40-50 pts. wt. superfine thermal fiber, 10-35 pts. wt. hollow glass fiber and 5-10 pts. wt. raw cotton fiber evenly through an automatic cotton mixer obtain the first mixture, (b) adding polyether polyol, silicone oil, crosslinking agent and water to the first mixture to perform a second stirring and mixing operation, mixing the second mixture through a pre-opener, evenly opening it, transporting to next process through the cotton conveying fan and (c) melt-spinning the obtained material, covering the hollow cotton with elastic base cloth for wrapping, connecting the edge of the elastic base cloth with the cotton layer by sewing, processing the three dimensional (3D) flocking surface layer by 3D flocking on the surface of the elastic base fabric, trimming the shaped products, cutting, and rolling by the winding and trimming machine. USE - The method is useful for integrated method of cotton pruning and molding for hollow cotton production. ADVANTAGE - The hollow cotton: has good resilience; is not easy to deform and agglomeration phenomenon, and has great economic popularization value. The method: uses mixture of graphene, superfine insulating fiber, hollow glass fiber and polyether polyol, silicone oil, cross-linking agent and water; is green and environmentally-friendly, soft and fluffy, keeping warm, excellent suspension performance, and uses superfine thermal fiber, with better warming effect, uniform thickness, good elasticity, high stability and good heat insulation effect.
