NOVELTY - Preparing boron nitride-oxide graphene composite anticorrosion filler involves mixing graphite and boron nitride in certain mass ratio to obtain mixture. The sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid mixture is added with stirring with obtained mixture, then added slowly potassium permanganate in water bath and then removed excess potassium permanganate with hydrogen peroxide. The synthetic product is washed with large amount of hydrochloric acid, ethanol and distilled water by centrifugation and then freeze-dried to obtain boron nitride-oxide graphene composite anticorrosion filler. USE - Method for preparing boron nitride-oxide graphene composite anticorrosion filler (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare boron nitride-oxide graphene composite anticorrosion filler in simple and cost effective manner. The product has improved corrosion resistance of epoxy coating.
