▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene anticorrosive paint comprises film forming component and a curing component. The film-forming component comprises 15-30 wt.% epoxy resin, 15-35 wt.% thin layer graphene paste, 15-40 wt.% zinc powder, 5-15 wt.% talc powder, 5-15 wt.% feldspar powder, 1-5 wt.% titanium dioxide, 1-5 wt.% polyamide wax and 0.1-3 wt.% dispersant. The thin layer graphene slurry comprises graphene and a first solvent. The mass percentage of graphene in the thin layer graphene slurry is 5-20 wt.% and the graphene comprises 1-5 layers of graphene with particle size of not greater than 2 mu m. USE - Used as graphene anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: blocks contact of foreign corrosives with the protected metal and cuts off the protected metal electrons to outside. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene anticorrosive paint, comprising (i) mixing epoxy resin, thin layer graphene slurry, zinc powder, talc powder, feldspar powder, titanium dioxide, polyamide wax and dispersant and grinding to obtain a film-forming component having a fineness of less than 50 mu m; and (ii) adding curing component and stirring.
