DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing a fibrous fabric using graphene comprises (1) preparing polyester batch chip manufactured in a chip state of polyester, (2) mixing polyester batch chip and graphene to prepare a polyester master batch chip, (3) manufacturing fiber yarn using the polyester master batch chip, (4) forming the fiber yarn to be bulky by blowing air into the fiber yarn, (5) coating the bulky fiber yarn by applying an antimicrobial mixture, (6) drying the coated fiber yarn by applying the antimicrobial mixture, and (7) manufacturing fiber fabric by weaving the dried fiber yarn. In the polyester master batch chip manufacturing step, placing the polyester master batch chip and graphene into an extruder, heating, melting, mixing melted polyester batch chip and graphene, stirring, cooling, and cutting. The amount of graphene is 1-10 pts. wt. The mixture of the polyester batch chip and graphene is heated and melted at a temperature of 180-280 degrees C, and the cooling is performed in a cooler maintaining a temperature of 40-60 degrees C. The pressure of the air blown into the fiber yarn in the fiber yarn air-texturing step is 5-10 bar. In the fiber yarn coating step, the antimicrobial mixture is coated by spraying in amount of 1-10 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. bulky fiber yarn by air texturing. The antimicrobial mixture includes 10-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 40-60 pts. wt. urethane acrylate oligomer (Oligomer), 20-40 pts. wt. acrylic monomer (monomer), 1-2 pts. wt. photocuring agent, 100-200 pts. wt. solvent, 3-7 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 3-7 pts. wt. water-repellent agent, 2-4 pts. wt. Shungite extract, 1-3 pts. wt. illite extract and 4-8 pts. wt. deodorizing beads. The shungite extract is prepared by pulverizing shungite into particle having diameter of 10-300 mu m, heat treating by heating at 1200-1600 degrees C for 1-20 minutes, washing heat-treated shungite with purified water at 30-50 degrees C to remove combustion residues adhering to the surface, mixing with 500-1000 pts. wt. purified water, aging by immersion for 5-10 days at a temperature of 60-70 degrees C, separating and removing pure material immersed in the purified water, centrifuging purified water from which the active ingredient of the shungite is leached to form a lower layer in which the purezite particles are located, separating and dividing into a supernatant and a supernatant located above the lower layer, heating the centrifuged supernatant and the supernatant to a temperature of 130-150 degrees C to remove moisture to obtain extract. The deodorizing bead is prepared using mixed solution of 300-400 pts. wt. water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomer, 20-40 pts. wt. hydrophilic additive, and 10-20 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. The water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomers include methacrylic acid, maleic anhydride, crotonic acid, itaconic acid, 2-acryloylethane sulfonic acid, 2-methacryloylethanesulfonic acid, anionic monomers of 2-methacryloylpropane sulfonic acid or 2-methacrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid or its salts. The the hydrophilic additive is methacrylamide, N-substituted methacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate, methoxypolyethylene glycol methacrylate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, phosphate, sorbitan monolaurate, sorbitan monopalmitate, sorbitan monoste, and/or sorbitan monooleate. The polymer is prepared by adding 50-100 pts. wt. purified water to 100 pts. wt. total mixed solution of the water-soluble ethylene-based saturated monomer, hydrophilic additive, and crosslinking agent, stirring mixture, adding polymerization initiator to the mixed solution to form polymer. The polymerization initiator is benzoin ether, dialkyl acetophenone, hydroxyl alkylketone, phenyl glyoxylate, benzyl dimethyl ketal, acyl phosphine and alpha-aminoketone. The polymer is dried at a temperature of 130-150 degrees C and then pulverized to have a particle diameter of 1000-2000 mu m to prepare polymer powder. In the process, deodorant liquid is mixed with the polymer powder. The deodorant liquid includes 10-30 pts. wt. polymer powder, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium citrate, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium lactate, 3-6 pts. wt. glycerol, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. potassium chloride, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. sodium chloride, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. vitamin B1 lauryl sulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium benzoate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. grapefruit seed extract, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. Hwangchil tree leaf extract and 5-10 pts. wt. purified water. The hwangchil tree leaf extract is prepared by washing hwangchil tree leaves, pulverizing to 500-2500 mu m, mixing pulverized hwangchil tree leaves with solvent to prepare mixture, adding into the ultrasonic extractor, maintaining temperature of 20-25 degrees C 0.1-0.5 kgf/cm, applying ultrasonic waves to the mixture under a pressure of 2, removing the solids contained in the mixture, where the solvent is water or alcohols having 1-4 carbon atoms, the ultrasonic wave applied to the mixture is extracted using an output of 100-200 watts for 30-60 minutes at a vibration frequency of 30-50 KHz. In the fiber yarn drying step, the fiber yarn coated by applying the antibacterial mixture is heated at a temperature of 60-80 degrees C.
