NOVELTY - Polymer tackifier comprises 1-15 wt.% dispersant, 1-10 wt.% graphene, 1-20 wt.% alkali and solvent (balance amount). The solvent comprises water with salinity of 0-30 mg/l. USE - Used as polymer tackifier. ADVANTAGE - The polymer tackifier: changes the interaction between calcium and magnesium ions and the polymer; and promotes the reduction of the viscosity-reducing effect of calcium and magnesium ions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the polymer tackifier, comprising adding dispersant and graphene particle in the solvent at 45-70℃, stirring and dispersing, adding alkali, stirring and mixing, and making polymer tackifier, where the salinity of the solvent is 0-30 mg/l water; polymer tackifying system, comprising polymer tackifier, polymers comprising hydrophobically associating polymers, calcium and magnesium aqueous solution, where the content of calcium and magnesium ions is 500-3000 mg/l; and preparation of the polymeric tackifying system, comprising (1) dissolving the polymer in aqueous solution of calcium and magnesium and stirring to disperse to form polymer solution, and (2) adding the polymer tackifier in the polymer solution in the step (1).
