NOVELTY - The method involves preheating polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, performing longitudinal stretching and transverse stretching, heat setting the film to obtain a plastic film. The corona treatment is performed on the plastic film and hydrogen and ammonia in the corona treating process are introduced to prepare a modified film. The mixed latex, antibacterial filler and the surface active agent is heated and mixed to obtain an antibacterial coating. The antibacterial fillers are graphene, silver ion antibacterial powder, nano-silica and/or wood ash. The coating on the surface is coated of the modified film. The coated modified film is cured with the coating to obtain the finished product film. Each two sheets of the finished film are stacked, semi-closed three-surface heat sealing is carrie out, cooled and cut to obtain plastic bag. USE - Method for processing and producing plastic bag which is useful in big and small supermarket and each row of each industry, where the food is the main plastic product with packaged food in our daily life. ADVANTAGE - The method provides plastic bag with excellent antibacterial performance. The plastic bag has excellent bonding force, and is not easy to fall off, ensuring the stability of antibacterial coating in the using process. The graphene has good toughness, and the surface is porous and capable of absorbing and desorbing various atoms and molecules. The layered structure also can damage the cell membrane of the bacteria, so it is not good for bacterial growth, and mixed with silver ion antibacterial powder or nano silicon dioxide. The mixed latex of the components and proportion, the combination effect of the antibacterial filler is better, and can be modified by blending amino resin, epoxy resin and polyvinyl alcohol resin, cross-linking the amino grafting film, thus ensuring the stable adhesion of the anti-bacterial coating.
