▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of polypyrrole-coated magnetic reduced graphene nanomaterial involves mixing oxidized graphene, ferrous sulfate, sodium hydroxide and aqueous ammonia, stirring using magnetic stirrer, adding hydrazine hydrate, mixing, reacting the mixed solution in a polytetrafluoroethylene reactor, washing, drying to obtain a magnetite-reduced graphene oxide nanomaterial, dispersing the magnetite-reduced graphene oxide nanomaterial in deionized water, adding pyrrole monomer, mechanically-stirring, adding sodium persulfate solid, mechanically-stirring, washing and drying. USE - Manufacture of polypyrrole-coated magnetic reduced graphene nanomaterial (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally-friendly and enables manufacture of polypyrrole-coated magnetic reduced graphene nanomaterial with excellent dispersibility and adsorption capacity, and uniform particle size, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of polypyrrole-coated magnetic reduced graphene nanomaterial involves mixing oxidized graphene, ferrous sulfate, sodium hydroxide and aqueous ammonia, stirring using magnetic stirrer at rate of 200 rpm for 1 hour, adding hydrazine hydrate, mixing, reacting the mixed solution in a polytetrafluoroethylene reactor, washing, drying to obtain a magnetite-reduced graphene oxide nanomaterial, dispersing the magnetite-reduced graphene oxide nanomaterial in deionized water, adding pyrrole monomer, mechanically-stirring for 30 minutes in ice-water bath, adding sodium persulfate solid after the pyrrole monomers are completely dispersed, mechanically-stirring for 30 minutes in ice-water bath until the solution gradually becomes clear from muddy, washing and drying.
