NOVELTY - The method for preparing pantograph composite skateboard, involves (1) adding 5-15 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder, after evenly mixing 50-60 pts. wt. asphalt coke powder and 5-10 pts. wt. graphite powder, then adding 25-30 pts. wt. molten high-temperature asphalt, mixing at 130-150 degrees C, cooling, grinding the cooled mixture to powder with a size of 350-400 mesh, (2) uniformly spray-drying reduced graphene oxide dispersion on the obtained powder, (3) pre-drying, heating at 150-160 degrees C, passing the solidified powder through a screw extruder, extruding carbon slide blanks of required specifications, and calcining the carbon slide blank to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing pantograph composite skateboard used for electric locomotive. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of pantograph composite skateboard with short process, excellent product performance, self-lubricating properties, and simple production equipment, and does not damage the wire.
