NOVELTY - The method involves providing a heating module of a soaking plate with a graphene plating layer. A gold-tin alloy bonding metal pattern is plated on a quartz glass whole plate. A unit pattern is formed. A reserved cutting channel is reserved between the unit pattern. An independent single or multiple deep UV LED chip is fixed on a single bracket of a functional area of a ceramic bracket unit through flip process. A quartz glass cutter is utilized to separate a unit pattern on the quartz glass according to the reserved cutting channels to obtain a deep UV light emitting element unit. USE - Method for manufacturing deep UV light emitting element used in medical treatment, food processing and bacteria removing fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables sorting and classifying different specifications according to photoelectric characteristic so as to avoid possibility of easy breakage of the glass after welding the quartz glass, thus improving sealing performance of the deep UV light emitting element, and hence improving finished product good product.
