▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A preparation method of modified carbon fiber reinforced phenolic resin composite material comprises (S1) carrying out steady current electroplating graphene oxide coating on carbon fiber fabric in graphene oxide/potassium hydroxide suspension, washing and drying, (S2) soaking the treated carbon fiber fabric in ammonium molybdate/thiourea aqueous solution, and placing in a hydrothermal reaction vessel for hydrothermal reaction, (S3) washing and drying the carbon fiber fabric after the hydrothermal reaction to obtain the carbon fiber fabric with flaky molybdenum disulfide loaded horizontal layered graphene and (S4) soaking the carbon fiber fabric obtained in step (S3) in a phenolic resin, hot pressing and molding to obtain the modified carbon fiber reinforced phenolic resin composite material. USE - The method is used for preparing modified carbon fiber reinforced phenolic resin composite material (claimed). The modified carbon fiber reinforced phenolic resin composite material is used in wear-resistant materials. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to implement, reduces cost, and reduces environmental pollution, and overcomes the problem of insufficient wear resistance of existing carbon fiber reinforced phenolic resins. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a modified carbon fiber reinforced phenolic resin composite material prepared by the above method.
