▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Vanadium-plated graphene reinforcing agent comprises vanadium-plated grapheme that is prepared by taking graphene oxide and performing roughening, sensitization and activation treatments in sequence. The sensitized graphene oxide is put into a reducing agent for carrying out reduction, wash and dry to obtain reduced graphene. The vanadium-plated graphene is obtained by plating vanadium on the surface of the reduced graphene by conventional electrodeposition process. The direct current magnetron sputtering process is used to deposit metal nickel ions on the surface of vanadium-plated graphene to make vanadium-plated graphene loaded with nickel ions. The vanadium-coated graphene loaded with nickel ions is put into a ball milling tank and ground into powder to obtain vanadium-coated graphene powder. USE - Vanadium-plated graphene reinforcing agent for brazing of high nitrogen steel. ADVANTAGE - The vanadium-plated graphene reinforcing agent improves the connection strength and mechanical properties of the joint, and very well forms the welded joint.
