▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-modified high-density polyethylene material comprises 75-100 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene resin, 0.5-4 pts. wt. graphene, and 1-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer. USE - The polyethylene material is useful for producing antistatic reinforced plastic pipeline, and pipe fittings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene material has good mechanical property and antistatic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the graphene-modified high-density polyethylene material, comprising (i) mixing the high-density polyethylene resin, graphene, and the compatibilizer, and discharging to obtain the graphene-modified high-density polyethylene mixture; (ii) melting the graphene-modified high-density polyethylene mixture, and extruding at a temperature of 160-210 degrees C to obtain a graphene-modified high-density polyethylene pipe; and (iii) cooling the graphene-modified high-density polyethylene pipe, pelletizing and drying to obtain a graphene-modified high-density polyethylene material.
