▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing bridge silicone/graphene oxide composite nano-filtration membrane,involves dissolving Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) in dimethylformamide, and stirring solution to be completely transparent under water bath heating condition to obtain PAN electrospinning solution; using PAN solution for electrostatic spinning membrane preparation, and carrying out hot-pressing drying treatment to obtain PAN nanofiber membrane; dissolving Graphene Oxide (GO) in water, and performing ultrasonic centrifugation to obtain GO solution, diluting, and preparing GO layer on the PAN nanofiber membrane through vacuum filtration, carrying out hydrolytic polymerization reaction on organic silicon precursor and hydrochloric acid in isopropanol solution and water to prepare organic silicon sol; and uniformly spraying organic silica sol on preheated GO layer by ultrasonic thermal spraying technology, and performing post-treatment to obtain bridge organic silica/GO composite nanofiltration membrane. USE - Preparation method of bridge silicon/GO composite nano-filtration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The composite film bridge organic silicon layer has a high-strength silicon network structure, which not only has the separation function, but also improves the stability of the graphene oxide layer. It has good hydrothermal stability and chemical stability, which can be applied to the high temperature nanofiltration membrane process.
