▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high-efficiency flame retardant comprises e.g. (i) adding graphene oxide into de-ionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 40-60 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid having a concentration of 3-7 wt.%, (ii) adding chitosan quaternary ammonium salt into de-ionized water, stirring and dissolving, then adding graphene oxide dispersion under the alkaline condition, refluxing the reaction under the protection of nitrogen, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing with water for three times and drying under vacuum to obtain the solid product, and (iii) adding solid product obtained in the step (ii) to an organic solvent, sonicating to make the dispersion uniform, and then adding silane coupling agent, fluorinated graphene, melamine cyanurate and phenoxycyclophosphazene, heating, stirring, centrifugally separating, washing with an organic solvent, vacuum drying. USE - The high-efficiency flame retardant is useful in paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-efficiency flame retardant: exhibits synergistic effect; and has enhanced dispersibility of graphene, stable flame retardant, strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, strong chemical inertness and excellent lubricating properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-efficiency flame retardant comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into de-ionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 40-60 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid having a concentration of 3-7 wt.%, (ii) adding chitosan quaternary ammonium salt into de-ionized water, stirring and dissolving at a concentration of 5-10 wt.%, then adding graphene oxide dispersion under the alkaline condition, refluxing the reaction at 100 degrees C for 15-20 hours under the protection of nitrogen, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing with water for three times and drying under vacuum to obtain the solid product, and (iii) adding solid product obtained in the step (ii) to an organic solvent, sonicating for 0.5-1.5 hours to make the dispersion uniform, and then adding silane coupling agent, fluorinated graphene, melamine cyanurate and phenoxycyclophosphazene, heating at 50-70 degrees C, mechanically stirring for 10-12 hours, centrifugally separating, washing with an organic solvent, vacuum drying to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high-efficiency flame retardant is obtained by above method; and #paint comprising 50-70 pts. wt. bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 20-35 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methacrylate, 10-15 pts. wt. high-efficiency flame retardant, 5-10 pts. wt. filler, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 5-15 pts. wt. curing agent and 20-35 c pts. wt. solvent.
