NOVELTY - Mechanical device grinding agent comprises 30-45 pts. wt. grinding liquid, 15-25 pts. wt. nano-diamond, 5-10 pts. wt. ceramic fiber, 4-9 pts. wt. methyl cellulose, 12-18 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 12-17 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 9-13 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 5-9 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 4-7 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 4-7 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 1.1-2.5 pts. wt. chelating agent, 3.2-5.2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 2.3-4.5 pts. wt. surfactant and 2.1-3.5 pts. wt. structure stabilizer. The grinding liquid is a mixture of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, glycerin, trimethylolpropane ester and polyethylene glycol ether at 2-5:4-6:1-2:0.5-1 mass ratio. USE - Mechanical device grinding agent. ADVANTAGE - The mechanical device grinding agent has excellent mechanical property, good lubricating property, stability, high aging resistance, corrosion resistance, strong wear resistance, long service life, simple preparation and high comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of mechanical device grinding agent comprising weighing the raw materials, uniformly mixing fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, glycerin, trimethylolpropane ester and polyethylene glycol ether, raising the temperature to 80-110 degrees C, stirring at 800-1200 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 15-30 minutes to obtain grinding liquid, adding nano-diamond, ceramic fiber, methyl cellulose, silicon nitride, aluminum oxide, nano-titanium dioxide, nano-silicon dioxide, nano-graphene, magnesium stearate, calcium stearate, chelating agent, leveling agent, surfactant and structure stabilizer while heating, controlling the temperature at 80-100 degrees C, stirring at 1200-1500 rpm for 30-50 minutes and cooling to room temperature.
