▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ice-breaking coating comprises a component A and a component B, where the component A includes 40-55 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. fluorine-modified polyester resin, 2-5 pts. wt. modified two-dimensional nanofillers, 5-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 10-20 pts. wt. wear-resistant and anti-corrosion fillers, 5-10 pts. wt. active diluent, 2-3 pts. wt. additives. The component B includes 60-80 pts. wt. fatty amine curing agent and 18-39 pts. wt. composite curing agent composed of polyamide curing agent, and 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - The ice-breaking coating is useful for ice-breaking ships. ADVANTAGE - The ice-breaking coating: has extremely high hardness, wear resistance and hydrophobicity, and has bearing limit of greater than the hardness of the ice layer, reduces the adhesion and wear of the broken ice, can efficiently defend against ice cutting and impact damage, and is suitable for hull protection when the ice is hit by the ice in the waterline area of the icebreaker. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation of a ice-breaking coating for ice-breaking ships comprising (1) providing phenolic epoxy resin, fluorine-modified polyester resin, reactive diluent, modified two-dimensional nanofiller, plasticizer, and additives, adding to the bucket, stirring at a low speed with a high-speed disperser for 5-45 minutes, adding the metered wear-resistant and anti-corrosion filler after uniform dispersion, stirring at a high speed for 60-120 minutes, filtering until the fineness of the coating reaches below 80 mum, discharging and packaging after passing the test, (2) providing composite curing agent and silane coupling agent, adding to the bucket, stirring at a low speed with a high-speed disperser for 5-10 minutes, discharging and packaging after uniform dispersion, and (3) mixing the prepared ice-breaking coating.
