NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced face-centered cubic high-entropy alloy involves preparing face-centered cubic type high-entropy alloy powder by gas atomization method, adding face-centered cubic (FCC)-type high-entropy alloy powder prepared to planetary ball mill for ball milling, and then drying, rotation speed of the ball milling treatment is 300-500 revolution/minute, and time is 5-30 minutes, mixing the FCC-type high-entropy alloy powder dried with graphene nanosheets, and then loading them into planetary ball mill for ball milling to obtain composite powder, rotation speed of the ball milling treatment is 50-200 revolution/minute, and time is 20-60 minutes. The composite powder obtained is placed into graphite mold, and then placed in furnace cavity of spark plasma sintering furnace for spark plasma sintering. The furnace is cooled to obtain graphene-enhanced FCC high-entropy alloy. USE - Method for preparing graphene reinforced face-centered cubic high-entropy alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene reinforced face-centered cubic high-entropy alloy that enhances the strengthening effect and achieves good match of strong plasticity.
