A discharge pipeline is connected to the intermediate buffer tank, the low-temperature anti-icing detection module and the high-temperature heat conduction detection module through the on-off valve. The secondary control module includes a control tank which is connected to the intermediate buffer tank through a pipe valve. The control tank is connected to a main pipe through a pump structure. A metering valve group is connected in series to the main pipe, and several branch pipes are connected to the main pipe and connected to the intermediate flanges on the production reaction tube.
