▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing hydrochloric acid, deionized water and butyl titanate uniformly to obtain a mixed solution. The fluorine-doped tin oxide glass is placed at the bottom of the autoclave as a reaction vessel. The reaction vessel containing the mixed solution is placed in an oven, and a product is obtained after the reaction of the mixed solution. The product is cleaned and dried to obtain a titanium dioxide film. The titanium dioxide film is used as the working electrode, the platinum sheet is the counter electrode, and silver/silver chloride is the reference electrode. The three-electrode method is used for electrodeposition in a 0.5g/L graphene oxide phosphoric acid solution to obtain a sample, which is cleaned and dried to obtain an reduced graphene oxide supported titanium dioxide film. The volume ratio of hydrochloric acid, deionized water and butyl titanate is 30:30:1 in the mixed solution. The inner lining of the autoclave is polytetrafluoroethylene. USE - Method for preparing reduced graphene oxide supported titanium dioxide film used in photoelectric detection or catalytic reaction. ADVANTAGE - The method regulates the load of the reduced graphene oxide on the surface of the titanium dioxide film and regulates the crystal structure, surface morphology, photoelectric conversion and electrocatalytic performance of the composite film.
