NOVELTY - UV adhesive comprises 10-30 pts. wt. acrylic monomers with a refractive index of 1.57-1.62, 10-30 pts. wt. hydroxy acrylate monomers, 5-15 pts. wt. methacrylate monomers, 5-15 pts. wt. urethane acrylate, 1-5 pts. wt. flexible acrylic resin, 1-3 pts. wt. photoinitiator, where the urethane acrylate is selected from CN964, MIRAMER M130 and CN975. USE - UV adhesive used in electronically controlled polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) functional film. ADVANTAGE - The UV adhesive has good bonding performance and improves the open-state light transmittance of electrically controlled PDLC functional film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an electronically controlled PDLC functional film, which comprises UV adhesive comprise an upper conductive film, a dimming layer and a lower conductive film, where the raw materials for the preparation of the dimming layer includes UV adhesive, liquid crystal polymer and spacer particles in the ratio of (15-25):(20-40):(0.1-0.2).
