NOVELTY - Self-limiting temperature heating element, where the self-limiting temperature heating sheet comprising 66-75% high-density polyethylene, 1-5% nano-nickel powder, 0.2-0.5% graphene, 5-20% nano-conductive carbon black powder and 12-35% particulate high-molecular polymer, where the expansion rate of the particulate high-molecular polymer is 5-150x 10-6m/mk and the diameter of the particulate high-molecular polymer is 1-5 mm. USE - The heating element is useful in a self-limiting temperature heating sheet. ADVANTAGE - The heating element has current that approaches infinitely small when the self-limiting temperature heating element generates heat and the internal resistance of the heating element tends to infinity, so that the temperature does not rise longer and the purpose of self-limiting temperature is achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the heating sheet comprising one layer of the heating element, two insulating layers respectively provided on both sides of the heating element and two electrodes on the insulating layer, where the insulating layer is fixedly connected with the heating element and the two electrodes are respectively electrically connected with the heating element; and (2) a manufacturing method of the heating element involving providing high-density polyethylene, nano-nickel powder, graphene and nano conductive carbon black powder, putting into a high-precision mixer to be fully stirred and mixed, providing the particulate polymer, stirring and mixing, providing one of a casting machine, a film spraying machine and a calendaring machine, pouring the mixed high-density polyethylene, the nano nickel powder, graphene, nano conductive carbon black powder, PTC reinforcing agent and the particulate polymer into the casting machine, the film spraying machine and the calendaring machine to prepare the heating element, when the heating element is prepared, the working temperature of one of the casting machine, the film spraying machine and the calendaring machine is greater than 120 degrees C to obtain the product.
