NOVELTY - Invention relates to a modifying additive to improve the performance properties of bitumen and asphalt concrete, including a mixture of carbon nanomaterials. The additive is characterized by the fact that carbon nanomaterials are distributed in the matrix of Grade A oil extract and include single-walled carbon nanotubes, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, graphene and carbon nanofibers at the following ratio of components, wt. %: single-walled carbon nanotubes 0.01 - 7.5, multi-walled carbon nanotubes 0.01 - 7.5, graphene 0.01 - 7.5, carbon nanofibers 0.01 - 7.5, petroleum extract the rest.
