▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves using ion to irradiate a two-dimensional material gas sensitive layer in a gas detector based on two-dimensional material. Energy of high energy high charge state ion is selected under vacuum environment at room temperature. Determination is made that irradiation dose is not less than 1ions/cm2. The two-dimensional material is included with graphene materials and a transition metal sulfide. Performance of the two-dimensional material-based gas detector is raised to improve gas sensitivity of the two-dimensional material-based gas detector. USE - Method for improving performance of a gas detector based on two-dimensional material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables controlling ion irradiation dose effective control defect number, selecting proper incident heavy ion energy, performing ion penetrating on a two-dimensional material layer to effectively avoid impurity atom in a two-dimensional gas sensitive material layer. The method enables using a high-energy charge state ion irradiated graphene detector for selecting proper irradiation injection amount and ensuring improvement of gas sensitivity and development performance, thus avoiding load energy heavy ion irradiating damage.
