▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The fiber has a base body whose periphery is formed with a graphene layer with infrared absorption characteristics. The graphene layer is formed with a silicon carbide (SiC) transition layer. The silicon carbide transition layer is adhered with an adhesive layer. Thickness of the graphene layer is about 400-600 nm. A uniform cover is formed on a fiber surface of a main body. Diameter of the main body is about 0.5-10 microns. Thickness of the silicon carbide transition layer is about 10-100 nm. Silicon and carbon atom rate of the graphene layer is about 2 to 20 %. USE - High-infrared absorption glass fiber. ADVANTAGE - The base body is formed with the graphene layer with infrared absorption characteristics, so that heat preservation and sound insulation performance are achieved and utilization rate of the glass fiber is improved. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a front view of a high-infrared absorption glass fiber.
