NOVELTY - A graphene oxide UV curing paint comprises 100-105 pts. wt. acrylic acid modified epoxy resin, 45-47 pts. wt. monomer, 25-50 pts. wt. diluent, 2-8 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 2-5 pts. wt. coinitiator, 1-3 pts. wt. delusterant and 1-2.5 pts. wt. aminosilane-modified graphene oxide. The aminosilane-modified graphite oxide is reacted graphene oxide and aminosilane. USE - Graphene oxide UV curing paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has wear resistance, high viscosity, hardness reaching to more than 7H and adhesion reaching grade 0, and solves graphene filler poor dispersion, not high coating hardness, easy to be scratched and poor adhesion technical problems. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene oxide UV curing paint comprising dissolving graphene oxide in absolute ethanol, ultrasonically treating for 1-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding into reaction kettle, adding aminosilane, continuously ultrasonically processing for 0.5-2 hours, centrifugally separating and collecting solid, vacuum drying solid to obtain silane modified graphene oxide, adding acrylic acid modified epoxy resin, monomer and diluent in container, stirring at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, adding silane modified graphene oxide, continuously dispersing and stirring for 15-30 minutes to obtain mixed solution, adding photoinitiator, coinitiator and delusterant, stirring for 30-45 minutes, and using UV curing machine.
