NOVELTY - A volatile stamping oil comprises 98-99 %mass base oil, 0.1-0.5 %mass extreme pressure additive, 0.2-0.4 %mass hydrophilic additive, 0.3-0.7 %mass friction coefficient improver, and 0.1-0.5 %mass nano additive. USE - Volatile stamping oil. ADVANTAGE - The volatile stamping oil provides excellent lubricating performance by forming a compact protective film on the metal surface, protects and prolongs the service life of device, reduces damage of aluminum foil, has improved flash point and no peculiar odor, and is nontoxic, non-allergic, and safe with respect to worker health.
