▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A biosensor method involves preparing phospholipid containing fluorescein-high density polyethylene double-layer liposome, and cross-linking with a graphene surface to obtain phospholipid membrane coated graphene composite nano material under the action of ultrasonic followed by detecting phospholipase by using obtained phospholipid membrane coated graphene composite nano material. USE - Biosensor method for detecting phospholipase and controlling biological activity of phospholipase related organism such as cell proliferation, cell signal transduction, cell differentiation and inflammation and tumor diseases. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting phospholipase with controlled biological activity of phospholipase related organism such as cell proliferation, cell signal transduction, cell differentiation and inflammation and tumor diseases, and high sensitivity in a simple, quick and cost-effective manner.
