NOVELTY - Supercritical foamed composite material is made of raw materials including 70-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 15-20 pts. wt. polyamide, 15-20 pts. wt. maleic acid grafted isoprene rubber, 8-10 pts. wt. dibutyl maleate grafted polypropylene, 9-12 pts. wt. maleic anhydride graft modifier, 2.6-3.0 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 3.8-4.2 pts. wt. glass fiber, 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, and 1.5-1.9 pts. wt. nucleating agent. The maleic anhydride graft modifier is obtained by reacting an epoxy-containing polysiloxane with maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene in a mass ratio of 1:2-3. The polypropylene grafted contains silicon group copolymer. The graphene fiber is a graphene fiber spun from nano-scale edge graphene oxide sheets, where the fiber length is 80-120 mu m. USE - Supercritical foamed composite material. ADVANTAGE - The supercritical foamed composite material has uniform foaming, moderate cell structure size, high rebound rate, good dimensional stability, small irreversible deformation after compression, high tensile strength and tear strength, good mechanical properties and durability, small density, light weight characteristics, good mechanical properties and performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing supercritical foamed composite material, which involves: (A) weighing polypropylene, polyamide, maleic acid grafted isoprene rubber, dibutyl maleate grafted polypropylene, maleic anhydride graft modifier, graphene fiber, glass fiber, crosslinking agent and nucleating agent; (B) mixing polypropylene, polyamide, maleic acid grafted isoprene rubber, dibutyl maleate grafted polypropylene, maleic anhydride grafted modifier, graphene fiber, and glass fiber into mixer at 108-112 degrees C for 14-20 minutes; (C) adding cross-linking agent and nucleating agent to perform mixing-blending at 125-130 degrees C to prepare dense blend; (D) pressing the tablet into a sheet by a tablet press; and (E) preheating at foaming temperature to get the supercritical foamed composite material.
