NOVELTY - A flexible graphene surface electromyographic electrode preparing method involves cleaning and drying copper foil, and depositing graphene monolayer on the surface of the copper foil. The resultant foil is coated with electric conductive silver paste to connect electric conductive line with copper foil on the graphene surface centre. The resultant foil is heated and cured to obtain electric conductive line covered graphene surface, which is coated with adhesive and cured. The resultant foil is etched to obtain an electrode. The electrode is cleaned and air-dried to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing a flexible graphene surface electromyographic electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the flexible graphene surface electromyographic electrode with better sensing contact, excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical properties, reduced loss and interference of surface electromyographic signal, in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A flexible graphene surface electromyographic electrode preparing method involves cleaning and drying copper foil, and depositing graphene monolayer on the surface of the copper foil by chemical vapor deposition. The resultant foil is coated with electric conductive silver paste to connect electric conductive line with copper foil on the graphene surface centre. The resultant foil is heated and cured for 10-30 minutes to obtain electric conductive line covered graphene surface, which is coated with adhesive and cured at 80-150 degrees C for 1-2 hours. The resultant foil is etched to obtain an electrode. The electrode is cleaned and air-dried at 100-160 degrees C to obtain a finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flexible graphene surface electromyographic electrode.
