NOVELTY - Preparing highly dispersed graphene heat conducting plastic comprises e.g. (i) pre-treating graphene, then immersing graphene in mixed solution of surfactant-containing water and ethanol, stirring, and drying, (ii) mixing antioxidant, and heat conducting powder auxiliary agent into uniform powder, where the heat conducting powder auxiliary agent is alumina, silicon carbide heat conducting powder, (iii) mixing uniform powder, graphene slurry, coupling agent, and matrix resin, and (iv) adding the mixed raw materials into a double-screw extruder, blending, extruding, pelletizing, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly dispersed graphene heat conducting plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat conducting plastic has improved high dispersing graphene dispersion condition, high mechanical strength, excellent conductivity, strong commonality, excellent processability, and is suitable for continuous large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing highly dispersed graphene heat conducting plastic comprises (i) pre-treating graphene, then immersing graphene in mixed solution of surfactant-containing water and ethanol, ultrasonically stirring for 1-5 hours, placing in an oven and then drying at 100 degrees C for 4-10 hours, (ii) weighing antioxidant, and heat conducting powder auxiliary agent and mixing into uniform powder, where the heat conducting powder auxiliary agent is alumina, silicon carbide heat conducting powder, (iii) uniformly mixing uniform powder, graphene slurry, coupling agent, and matrix resin, and (iv) adding the mixed raw materials into a double-screw extruder from the main feeding, blending and extruding, pelletizing, drying at low temperature to obtain final product, where the method comprises 0.1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene, 1-30 pts. wt. heat conducting powder, 1-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 40-100 pts. wt. matrix resin. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for highly dispersed graphene heat conducting plastic is prepared by above mentioned method.
