NOVELTY - Preparation of nano carbon coated lithium battery negative electrode material involves adding sulfuric acid and tetrabutyl titanate into container, stirring until tetrabutyl titanate dissolves, adding graphite powder, stirring, slowly dripping sodium hydroxide solution, leaving still at normal temperature to obtain expanded mixture, washing with water to neutrality, freeze-drying in freeze-dryer, adding the dried mixture to azobisisobutyronitrile solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene suspension, centrifuging the suspension, washing with water, freeze-drying in a freeze-dryer to obtain graphene powder, adding the graphene powder, nano carbon powder, zinc oxide and 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane into container containing polyvinylidene fluoride, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain mixture, freeze-drying in freeze-dryer to obtain dried mixture, placing the mixture in sintering furnace under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain composite, refining and crushing using jet-mill. USE - Preparation of nano carbon coated lithium battery negative electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and feasible, and provides negative electrode material having excellent cycle performance and high specific capacity.
