▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The system (MSC) has a sensor circuit (SC) provided with an input electrode, an output electrode, a control electrode and a transistor. The transistor is provided with a channel layer, where the channel layer includes graphene. An amplifier circuit (AMC) receives current from the sensor circuit, and amplifies the current. An analog-to-digital conversion circuit (ADC1) converts an analog signal received by the amplifier circuit into a digital signal. A control circuit (CC) receives the digital signal from the analog-to-digital conversion circuit, and generates a feedback signal to calibrate the digital signal. The control circuit measures change in the digital signal. USE - Electronic circuit system for use in a wearable device e.g. smart glasses, smart watch and smart belt, for sensing material in an environment utilizing a graphene-based field effect transistor (FET). ADVANTAGE - The system detects chemical gas or biomolecule with high accuracy, and compensates low reliability caused by process deviation of the graphene-based FET (G-FET).
