NOVELTY - Aerogel composite fiber felt comprises 5-30 pts. wt. gas gel powder, 20-80 pts. wt. fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. emulsion, 1-10 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-10 pts. wt. regulator and 10-70 pts. wt. de-ionized water. USE - Aerogel composite fiber felt. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel composite fibre felt has good fireproof heat insulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of aerogel composite fiber felt, which involves: (a) weighing each raw material, then adding each raw material into dispersing machine, stirring for 0.5-2 hours to obtain gas gel composite fiber slurry; (b) controlling thickness of aerogel composite fiber slurry to 0.3-15 mm by track screen pressing plate, and then drying for 0.5-3 hours in drying device to obtain gas gel composite fiber felt.
