NOVELTY - A ruthenium oxide composite graphene foam electrode plate preparing method involves adding oxidized graphite and polypropylene to the ball mill. The ball-milled mixture is added into the mixed solution. The foamed nickel is immersed in suspension. The solvent is evaporated and dried. The foamed nickel is put into muffle furnace and cooled to obtain product. The product is immersed in hydrochloric acid and reacted, followed by adding ruthenium oxide into toluene, and titrating the toluene suspension, drying, and putting into muffle furnace for annealing, cooling to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing a ruthenium oxide composite graphene foam electrode plate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the ruthenium oxide composite graphene foam electrode plate without need of a binder and a conductive agent in a cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A ruthenium oxide composite graphene foam electrode plate preparing method involves adding oxidized graphite and polypropylene to the ball mill. The ball-milled mixture is added into the mixed solution of ethanol and water to disperse into a suspension. The foamed nickel is immersed in the suspension. The solvent is evaporated and dried. The foamed nickel is put into the muffle furnace protected by hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas and cooled to room temperature to obtain product. The product is immersed in hydrochloric acid and reacted to obtain foamed graphene, followed by adding ruthenium oxide into toluene, ultrasonically forming a suspension, and titrating the toluene suspension containing ruthenium oxide on the foamed graphene, drying, and putting into muffle furnace for annealing, roller pressure after cooling to obtain the final product.
