NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional grid cloth comprises (a) stirring and heating the methyl cellulose ether, terpene resin, diallyl terephthalate, graphene powder and chloroprene rubber to obtain the first glue solution, (b) respectively completely immersing the glass fiber yarn and the bamboo fiber yarn in the first glue solution, drying, (c) interweaving the processed glass fiber yarn and bamboo fiber yarn to form fiber grid cloth, (d) mixing and stirring the tea polyphenol, ammonium polyphosphate, alkali lignin, polyethylene and urethane, heating to obtain the second glue solution and (e) coating the second glue solution on the surface of the fiber grid cloth and drying to obtain the multifunctional grid cloth. USE - The method is useful for preparing multifunctional grid cloth. ADVANTAGE - The grid cloth: has excellent flame retardant effect, high tensile strength, good high temperature resistance and good antibacterial property, and does not generate mildew spots after repeated use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a multifunctional grid cloth, which is prepared by above method.
