▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a graphene forming structure (100) that includes an oxide layer formed on a base, a metal catalyst layer formed on the oxide layer and graphene (140) formed on the catalyst layer, where the oxide layer is hydrophilic and the catalyst layer is hydrophobic. The structure is attached on an adhesive surface of a carrier (150) made of flexible material. The oxide layer is separated from the catalyst layer by applying steam to the structure. The catalyst layer is removed by using an etching solution. USE - Method for transferring graphene from a graphene forming structure onto a desired object e.g. circuit substrate and display panel substrate. Can also be used for transparent electrode, conductive thin film, radiating or heating device, flexible display device, touch screen, organic light-emitting device (LED) and dye-sensitized solar cell electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables accelerating separation between the oxide layer and the catalyst layer in an easily manner by using the steam since the oxide layer is hydrophilic and the catalyst layer is hydrophobic, thus rapidly and easily transferring the graphene from the structure to the object.
