▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device (100) has primary and secondary mirrors which are provided with primary surface and secondary surface respectively. A solid-state optically pumped optical gain medium is arranged between surfaces of mirror. An optical pump is configured to provide light to the solid-state optically pumped optical gain medium. A graphene saturable absorber is arranged between the solid-state optically pumped optical gain medium and primary surface of primary mirror. The solid-state optically pumped optical gain medium is provided transition metal doped zinc chalcogenide. USE - Linear cavity laser device such as single mode linear cavity laser device and multimode linear cavity laser device. ADVANTAGE - Since the optical amplifier is arranged in the resonant optical cavity with optical and electrical pump, the energy can be effectively applied to the optical amplifier.
