NOVELTY - The preparation of three-dimensional porous silicon/graphene composite cathode material, involves dispersing nano-silicon in mixed solution of ethanol and water to obtain solution (A), adding carboxymethylcellulose and organic carbon source to solution (A), mixing to obtain solution (B), adjusting the pH value to solution (B), mixing solution (B) with graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring to obtain solution (C), placing solution (C) in liquid nitrogen, freeze-drying to obtain solid (D), placing solid (D) under argon atmosphere, heating, sintering and cooling. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional porous silicon/graphene composite cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of three-dimensional porous silicon/graphene composite cathode material with high conductivity, excellent charge and discharge cycle performance, high rate performance, and high coulombic efficiency.
