NOVELTY - Cathode pole piece comprises sequentially arranged collector, a first active layer, a second active layer and a third active layer. The material of the first activated layer comprises a first activated carbon material, and the material of second activated layer includes a silicon material and a second activated carbon. The materials of third activated layer include a third activated carbon materials. USE - The pole piece is useful for use in an electrochemical device (claimed), i.e. lithium ion battery, and a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a Bluetooth (Wireless data communications protocol) headset and an intelligent of wearable device. ADVANTAGE - The electrode solves the problem of bad stability of the silicon-containing sheet cathode, and maximizes the stability and energy density of the pole piece.
