NOVELTY - Anti-scaling coating comprises first component comprising 36-38 wt.% phenolic epoxy resin, 9-15 wt.% organicsilicone epoxy resin, 0.66-1.1 wt.% oil-soluble imidazoline modified part reducing graphene oxide, 0.2-0.4 wt.% nano copper powder, 16-33 wt.% pigments and fillers, 5-9 wt.% organic solvents and 2.5-5 wt.% auxiliary agent, and 13-21 wt.% curing agent. The oil-soluble imidazoline modified part reducing graphene oxide has specific surface area of 350-500 m2/g. The size of partially reduced graphene oxide sheet is 0.7-1.8 microns. The reduction degree of partially reduced graphene oxide is 60-85%. The auxiliary agent are dispersing auxiliary agent, coupling agents, adhesive force auxiliary agent, antifoaming agent and flatting agents. The ratio of mass of dispersing auxiliary agent and coupling agents to sum of masses of adhesive force auxiliary agent, antifoaming agent and flatting agents is (0.8-1.2):(0.8-1.2). USE - The anti-scaling coating is useful for oil pipes of water injection wells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-scaling coating has excellent compactness, surface roughness less than 1 mu m, and excellent anti-scaling performance in water injection environment where the salinity is less than 120,000 mg/l and the bacterial content is less than 100,000/ml. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-scaling coating comprises first component comprising 36-38 wt.% phenolic epoxy resin, 9-15 wt.% organicsilicone epoxy resin, 0.66-1.1 wt.% oil-soluble imidazoline modified part reducing graphene oxide, 0.2-0.4 wt.% nano copper powder, 16-33 wt.% pigments and fillers, 5-9 wt.% organic solvents and 2.5-5 wt.% auxiliary agent, and 13-21 wt.% curing agent. The oil-soluble imidazoline modified part reducing graphene oxide has specific surface area of 350-500 m2/g. The size of partially reduced graphene oxide sheet is 0.7-1.8 microns. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the anti-scaling coating, comprising (1) preparing partially reduced graphene oxide and part of organic solvent are prepared into partially reduced graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (2) adding oil-soluble imidazoline to the partially reduced graphene oxide dispersion liquid to prepare imidazoline-modified partially reduced graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (3) adding the imidazoline-modified partially reduced graphene oxide dispersion liquid to the phenolic epoxy resin and uniformly mixing, adding the dispersing auxiliary agent and half of the coupling agent, uniformly mixing, adding organicsilicone epoxy resin and uniformly mixing, and the remaining coupling agent and uniformly mixing to obtain first mixed solution, (4) adding nano-copper powder to first mixed solution, uniformly mixing, and obtaining second mixed liquid solution, (5) adding pigments and fillers to second mixed liquid solution, uniformly mixing to obtain third mixed solution, (6) grinding the third mixed solution, adding the adhesive force auxiliary agent, antifoaming agent, flatting agent and organic solvent, and uniformly mixing to obtain first component, and (7) uniformly mixing first component and curing agent; and (2) use method of the anti-scaling coating, spraying the anti-scaling coating for oil pipes of water injection wells on the pretreated substrate, and curing at 55-60 degrees C, and solidifying at room temperature after the surface is dry to form coating.
