NOVELTY - Preparing sodium-iron ortho-pyrophosphate comprises (1) dispersing ferric phosphate, sodium source, phosphorus source and carbon source uniformly in the de-ionized water, (2) placing the dispersion in the sand mill, adding sand grinding medium, wet sand grinding for 3-12 hours, controlling the grain diameter between 1-0.1 mu m, (3) placing the reaction liquid after grinding into the spray dryer, spraying and granulating, (4) sintering the powder after spraying in inert atmosphere to obtain sodium-iron ortho-pyrophosphate, where the sintering temperature is 400-650 degrees C, and the time is 4-15 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing sodium-iron ortho-pyrophosphate, which is useful in sodium ion battery anode. ADVANTAGE - The sodium-iron ortho-pyrophosphate: is economical; has stable structure, and excellent cycle performance. The method: is simple, and easy to amplify.
