NOVELTY - Preparing porous graphene comprises mixing the graphite with concentrated sulfuric acid under ice bath, the graphite powder is expandable graphite and/or expanded graphite, adding an oxidizing agent (potassium permanganate, potassium chlorate, sodium chlorate, potassium persulfate and/or potassium dichromate), heating for intermediate temperature reaction, diluting with water in the high temperature reaction, and heating, adding pore forming agent, reacting for 1-8 hours, and adding hydrogen peroxide to obtain a mixed aqueous solution containing porous graphite oxide, adding a coagulant to settle, washing with hydrochloric acid and water until the pH of the filtrate is 7, cleaning the residual metal ions and inorganic ions, neutralizing by washing, drying the porous graphene oxide, and reducing the temperature of porous graphene oxide, burning the polymeric coagulant and removing. USE - The method is useful for preparing porous graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method uses inexpensive raw materials, has simple preparation process, produces high efficient porous graphene, produces porous graphene has a pore diameter of 1 nm to 20 mu m and can be controlled controlling the pore former and the reaction conditions. The porous graphene is easy to achieve industrial mass production; and has size and distribution of the upper aperture meeting the energy, sensors and the requirements of the electronic industries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing porous graphene comprises (a) mixing the graphite (raw material) with concentrated sulfuric acid under ice bath, the graphite powder is expandable graphite and/or expanded graphite and the size of the graphite powder is 30-500 mm, (b) adding an oxidizing agent for 2-48 hours, the oxidizing agent is potassium permanganate, potassium chlorate, sodium chlorate, potassium persulfate and/or potassium dichromate, (c) heating the intermediate temperature reaction to 35 degrees C for 2-120 hours, (d) in the high temperature reaction diluting with water, and heating to 50-80 degrees C, (e) adding poring agent, reacting for 1-8 hours, and adding hydrogen peroxide to obtain a mixed aqueous solution containing porous graphite oxide, (f) adding a coagulant to settle, washing with hydrochloric acid and water until the pH of the filtrate is 7, cleaning the residual metal ions and inorganic ions, neutralizing by washing, and the ratio of graphite powder to dilute hydrochloric acid for cleaning is 1 g:300-500 ml, (g) drying the porous graphene oxide at 30-85 degrees C for 48-200 hours, and (h) reducing the temperature of porous graphene oxide to 600-1200 degrees C, burning the polymeric coagulant and removing.
