▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film material having improved thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance involves degreasing aluminum substrate at 25 degrees C, and immersing it in zinc solution for 2 minutes, and then washing it with water. Washed product is dipped in zinc leaching solution at 25 degrees C for 2 minutes, and then washed with water. Zinc plated material is processed for nickel plating at 25 degrees C for 5 minutes by using direct current of intensity l-3 A/dm2, and electrode distance of 5 cm, and washed with water. Nickel plated material is kept at 25 degrees C in pulse density 1-4 A/dm2 for 20-40 minutes. USE - Method for preparing graphene film material having thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and enables to control film thickness.
