▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Biological and/or biochemical and/or chemical sensor (100) comprises a c (110) which comprises a face called the first face (111). A first metal layer (120) covered by one face called contact face (121) of the first face. A light emission source intended to emit light radiation at an angle of incidence 0i on the contact face. A detector intended to collect light radiation emitted by light emission source and reflected by contact face. The device comprises second layer of dielectric material covering first layer on which rests a transistor comprising a sheet made of a two-dimensional material intended to form a channel region and resting by a rear face on second layer, a front face of the sheet, opposite to its rear face, functionalization with specific probes at the level of which specific targets of a family of targets. The two-dimensional material comprises at least one of graphene and molybdenum sulfide. The metallic material comprises gold, aluminum, copper and/or silver. USE - The biological and/or biochemical and/or chemical sensor is useful for detection of biological, and/or biochemical and/or chemical species.
